Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Markus Brandt got the match started through his kick off. The audience was convinced that Willem Wenzel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Serge Wickihalter was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Jost Zwahlen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilbert Perna having to interfere. Furth SC's Lienhard Coulombe got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26th minute Markus Brandt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilbert Perna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Furth SC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Willem Wenzel hit a great ball. Cooper Bonenfant took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Serge Wickihalter. Serge Wickihalter dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. If Markus Brandt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 46 minutes, Jost Zwahlen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fc Bierfront's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jost Zwahlen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gilbert Perna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Markus Brandt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lienhard Coulombe was the one to do the kick off. Serge Wickihalter made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Cooper Bonenfant sent off a good shot on target. Furth SC's Cooper Bonenfant got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fc Bierfront's Jost Zwahlen got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 67 minutes into the match, Furth SC's goal looked a bit too open when Jost Zwahlen came free, but Gilbert Perna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jost Zwahlen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilbert Perna having to interfere. If Jost Zwahlen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Fc Bierfront fans' excitement grew in the 75th match minute when Fc Bierfront's Markus Brandt looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Jost Zwahlen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gilbert Perna having to make a save. With a little luck, Fc Bierfront's Serge Wickihalter got control of the ball when Cooper Bonenfant tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jost Zwahlen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th minute Kerwin Ziswiler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilbert Perna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kerwin Ziswiler during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kerwin Ziswiler hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute of the game, Lienhard Coulombe landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. After 94 minutes, Benedikt Caniglia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fc Bierfront and the Furth SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 93 minutes into the game, one of Fc Bierfront:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Fc Bierfront players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
