Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Jerom Giger started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With his leg Thomas Schuster managed to avoid a goal in the 4thth minute, when FC Horgen's Milo Wirz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Luca Lang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vincenzo Jenny in the 6th minute of play. In the 9th minute, FC Horgen's Milo Wirz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 12th match minute, FC Horgen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerhard Mathis to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to FC Horgen getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Baruch Krell hit a great ball. Mike Felder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vincenzo Jenny in the 19th minute of play forced FC Horgen's goalkeeper Luca Lang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute, Mike Felder got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 25 played minutes Fc Deaf got a freekick which was hit by Freeman Braun. 26 minutes into the match, FC Horgen's Guy Troxler broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After some careless play in the Fc Deaf defense, Milo Wirz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Thomas Schuster. The Fc Deaf fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Thomas Schuster should have stopped the shot. Jerom Giger's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thomas Schuster read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Luca Lang made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mike Felder in the 37th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vincenzo Jenny made a kick off. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC Horgen fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 52nd minute. Penalty! Luca Lang had in the 54thth minute some difficulties stopping Maurizio Engel's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. FC Horgen's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Maurizio Engel scored to the left of an out of position Luca Lang, making the score, 2-1. Luca Lang was a little too slow when Vincenzo Jenny got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 2-2. Mike Felder's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 67thth minute, Luca Lang skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Mike Felder who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 68thth minute tested the skills of Luca Lang when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Mike Felder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luca Lang stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vincenzo Jenny's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Mike Felder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luca Lang having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Milo Wirz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Thomas Schuster was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Jerom Giger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Schuster having to interfere. Luca Lang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vincenzo Jenny, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 86 minutes into the game, Silas Zwahlen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fc Deaf's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Horgen the free kick. A collision led to Fc Deaf getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Silas Zwahlen hit a great ball. Jerom Giger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC Horgen fans cheered their team off the field, for while Fc Deaf had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
