Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Guy Zumsteg started the match with the kick off. Harry Mag Eier's Jesko Bianini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Harry Mag Eier from getting a goal against them. Jesko Bianini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guy Zumsteg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Beppe Schauber came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Harry Mag Eier fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Beppe Schauber couldn't finish the play. Beppe Schauber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Mathieu Schwander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes into the game, Harry Mag Eier's Dick Schaer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mathieu Schwander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Harry Mag Eier's Jesko Bianini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Harry Mag Eier from getting a goal against them. A hard shot 29 in the game by Manuel Herzog from a close distance when the talented Jesko Bianini managed to make a qualified save. Harry Mag Eier's players were relieved. If Odysseus Peter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Herzog recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 45th minute, Beppe Schauber got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Beppe Schauber stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Guy Zumsteg came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the FC STECKBORN fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guy Zumsteg couldn't finish the play. 55 minutes into the match, Harry Mag Eier's goal looked a bit too open when Guy Zumsteg came free, but Jesko Bianini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guy Zumsteg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of FC STECKBORN booed when Harry Mag Eier was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ilian Mahrer didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute Guy Zumsteg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesko Bianini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC STECKBORN's Guy Zumsteg got a free kick in the 68th minute. Jesko Bianini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davide Bütler in the 71st minute of play. If Manuel Herzog had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Herzog sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 91 minutes into the match, FC STECKBORN's goalkeeper Mathieu Schwander had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dick Schaer. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Harry Mag Eier walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
