Magnus Perathoner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 11th match minute, Urnerstafel AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stanislaw Frei to maneuver through the defense. Günter Wollenmann charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Günter Wollenmann the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th match minute, Urnerstafel AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Günter Wollenmann to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute of the match Lukas Schifferli shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Uwe Kessler showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Kristof Lieckfeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Urnerstafel AC's Günter Wollenmann got his second yellow card of the match in the 20th minute. The referee ordered Günter Wollenmann off the ground. Urnerstafel AC's Uwe Kessler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magnus Perathoner in the 23rd minute of play. FC Luna's Reiner Blum got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Urnerstafel AC's Uwe Kessler got control of the ball when Reiner Blum tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 27 played minutes Urnerstafel AC got a freekick which was hit by Kristof Lieckfeldt. 28 minutes into the match, Urnerstafel AC's goal looked a bit too open when Magnus Perathoner came free, but Uwe Kessler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Amadeo Schweitzer notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC Luna's Giulio Schällibaum. Giulio Schällibaum was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Reiner Blum who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 33rdth minute tested the skills of Uwe Kessler when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Uwe Kessler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Reiner Blum in the 39th minute. Magnus Perathoner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Uwe Kessler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Uwe Kessler managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when FC Luna's Magnus Perathoner fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Amadeo Schweitzer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giulio Schällibaum having to interfere. Amadeo Schweitzer struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Giulio Schällibaum didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Urnerstafel AC. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Magnus Perathoner made a kick off. After having played for 57 minutes, Magnus Perathoner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Luna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Magnus Perathoner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kristof Lieckfeldt kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. When Reiner Blum came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the FC Luna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reiner Blum couldn't finish the play. Uwe Kessler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reiner Blum, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 73 minutes into the game, FC Luna's Magnus Perathoner nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Uwe Kessler made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Moritz Hulliger, 77 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Magnus Perathoner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reiner Blum received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Uwe Kessler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Reiner Blum got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 84 minutes into the match, FC Luna's Magnus Perathoner sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Uwe Kessler narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Urnerstafel AC's goalkeeper Uwe Kessler, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 89 minutes into the match, Magnus Perathoner had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Uwe Kessler. Urnerstafel AC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Magnus Perathoner was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Michael Kronenberg scored 4-1 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Uwe Kessler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Urnerstafel AC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
