Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Hundwil FC's Cedric Struver played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norbert Digel in the 3rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Hundwil FC's Joel Witschard got a free kick in the 6th minute. Axel Gartenmann took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Derek Murray, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Berthelette took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 12th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Axel Gartenmann. Leukerbad HC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Derek Murray received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Axel Gartenmann came out and tried to block the shot, but Derek Murray slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the game, Silvanus Weber was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hundwil FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leukerbad HC the free kick. Axel Gartenmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Derek Murray in the 19th minute of play. Cedric Struver showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norbert Digel in the 20th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Hundwil FC's Joel Witschard got a free kick in the 26th minute. Joel Witschard's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Axel Gartenmann read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Hundwil FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Derek Murray was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Axel Gartenmann tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Knud Beike received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Cedric Struver tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Björn Ammon charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Björn Ammon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Leukerbad HC getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Björn Ammon hit a great ball. Joel Witschard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 49th minute of the match, but Axel Gartenmann made a huge save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Norbert Digel made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Hundwil FC's Rainer Fuchs got a free kick in the 54th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Knud Beike managed to get in a good position for a shot. Leukerbad HC's supporters rose to their feet, but Knud Beike was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cedric Struver breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cedric Struver made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Norbert Digel in the 57th minute of play. Joel Witschard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Axel Gartenmann having to interfere. The tension between the Leukerbad HC and the Hundwil FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 68th minute, Norbert Digel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Derek Murray had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute, Joel Witschard ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Axel Gartenmann was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Axel Gartenmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Derek Murray in the 83rd minute of play. When Derek Murray fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hundwil FC's protests and gave Derek Murray a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Hundwil FC's Derek Murray got a free kick in the 85th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Hundwil FC's zone, Knud Beike stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cedric Struver came out of the goal and Knud Beike tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Derek Murray fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Axel Gartenmann having to interfere. They thanked the players of Leukerbad HC for a fine match.
