But to his dismay, Nicolai Ackeret quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Andrew Chassot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Brütsch in the 25th minute of the match. Louis Amrein could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Andrew Chassot made a huge save. In the 37th minute, Nicolai Ackeret got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joakim Zurbuchen's late challenge caught a Bachtolen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joakim Zurbuchen helped the player get up and apologised. Joakim Zurbuchen kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 39th minute Nicolai Ackeret shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Schällibaum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Louis Amrein might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andrew Chassot. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Louis Amrein ran back to his position shaking his head. After 47 minutes, Jasper Patt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bachtolen and the Hospenthal AC players grew even worse after the yellow card.

Patrick Schällibaum came out of the goal and Justus Käuflin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 79 minutes, Tommy Emmenegger mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hospenthal AC and the Bachtolen players grew even worse after the yellow card. Andrew Chassot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Louis Amrein's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Tommy Emmenegger got his second yellow card in the match during the 87th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Tommy Emmenegger hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute, Nicolai Ackeret got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
