Jim Pabst could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Tassilo Garnier made a huge save. Federico Vonrotz charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Marius Hottiger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luigi Neudorf in the 10th minute of the match. If Jim Pabst had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute Dario Kluge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tassilo Garnier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Herbert Angelici sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mittlersass's Felice Bollier got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 26 minutes into the match, Mittlersass's goalkeeper Tassilo Garnier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jim Pabst. Tassilo Garnier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Herbert Angelici's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. After 28 minutes of play Mittlersass's Federico Vonrotz was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 47th minute, Joachim Lowe reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tassilo Garnier. The goal made the score 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Felice Bollier to make the kick off. With a little luck, Rodi FC's Marius Hottiger got control of the ball when Felice Bollier tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rodi FC's Marius Hottiger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Rodi FC from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Endrik Eichel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marius Hottiger. That made the score 1-2 in the 92 minute of play. After 96 played minutes Mittlersass's Felice Bollier stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Marius Hottiger stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing Rodi FC of the goal. In the 98th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rodi FC's goalkeeper Marius Hottiger, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
