Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Waldheim's Henrick Panara started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 9th minute Daniel Gärtner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Locher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kevin Gerste sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juan Labrie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Placide Limacher in the 15th minute of the match. When Placide Limacher came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Waldheim fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Placide Limacher couldn't finish the play. Waldheim's Camilo Locher proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Waldheim from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrick Panara in the 36th minute of play forced Distel's goalkeeper Juan Labrie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Distel's goal looked a bit too open when Timon Hunzinger came free, but Juan Labrie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Daniel Gärtner made the kick off in the second half. Kevin Gerste sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the match, Waldheim's Placide Limacher sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juan Labrie narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 61st play minutes Henrick Panara shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Juan Labrie and just under the crossbar into goal. Kevin Gerste blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Camilo Locher having to make a save. In the 67th minute, one of Waldheim:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Waldheim. Daniel Gärtner struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Camilo Locher didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Distel. 3-1 became the score in the 82nd minute when Daniel Gärtner elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Kevin Gerste received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Camilo Locher tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Camilo Locher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Gärtner in the 89th minute of play. After 90 played minutes Waldheim got a freekick which was hit by Josua Braulke. 95 minutes into the match, Waldheim's goal looked a bit too open when Kevin Gerste came free, but Camilo Locher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 97 minutes into the match, Daniel Gärtner notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Waldheim's Camilo Locher. Camilo Locher was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Waldheim's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
