Ronny de Neuyter stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gabriel Deferme's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Gabriel Deferme was extremely unlucky when he, in the 10th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Constantijn Van Havent fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronny de Neuyter having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Deferme in the 13th minute of play forced SC Wolfstede's goalkeeper Ronny de Neuyter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 15 in the game by Constantijn Van Havent from a close distance when the talented Ronny de Neuyter managed to make a qualified save. SC Wolfstede's players were relieved. With 17 minutes on the clock, Harrie Luytens commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Ronny de Neuyter had in the 19thth minute some difficulties stopping Sylvain Rouvoet's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Ronny de Neuyter was a little too slow when Constantijn Van Havent got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 32nd minute, Constantijn Van Havent made a precise shot to the right of Ronny de Neuyter. SC Wolfstede's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After 36 minutes, Constantijn Van Havent made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. SC Wolfstede's Ronny de Neuyter tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Profondeville's Gabriel Deferme got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ronny de Neuyter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Constantijn Van Havent in the 48th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gabriel Deferme was the one to do the kick off. Birger De Mulder struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Fre Van Beylen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Wolfstede. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Profondeville had won after a very even match.
