Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mitch Deflandre kicked off to start the match. When AFC Otrange's Paulus Pardaens in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. AFC Otrange's George Swiggers got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. George Swiggers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alphonse de la Croix having to interfere. George Swiggers could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Alphonse de la Croix made a huge save. When the match had been going on for 18 minutes, AFC Otrange's Pascal de Pelsmaeker got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Alphonse de la Croix. If Georges Leyman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Georges Leyman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dries Van Lint read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. In the 34th minute, George Swiggers got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. George Swiggers could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Alphonse de la Croix made a huge save. George Swiggers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alphonse de la Croix having to interfere. Alphonse de la Croix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulus Pardaens in the 47th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Alphonse de la Croix took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from George Swiggers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Mitch Deflandre's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dries Van Lint was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. In the 58th minute, George Swiggers ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alphonse de la Croix was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. If George Swiggers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that George Swiggers couldn't finish the play. With his leg Dries Van Lint managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when Noordhofwijk's Georges Leyman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Swiggers in the 95th minute of play forced Noordhofwijk's goalkeeper Alphonse de la Croix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulus Pardaens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Alphonse de la Croix tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that AFC Otrange were the better team. AFC Otrange's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
