Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dominic Justens started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute Dominic Justens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattijs Laremans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KVSK Wezelhoek's Guust De Keijsere got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sylven De Maerschalck kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Dominic Justens struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Mattijs Laremans didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SC Warisoulx. Mattijs Laremans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebbe Schooters in the 25th minute of play. Mattijs Laremans came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Warisoulx's Dominic Justens. But to his dismay, Dominic Justens quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Mattijs Laremans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dominic Justens in the 31st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Tibo Nilis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mattijs Laremans was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. In the 33rd match minute, SC Warisoulx was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sylven De Maerschalck to maneuver through the defense. SC Warisoulx's Tibo Nilis got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gert Driesen's late challenge caught a SC Warisoulx's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gert Driesen helped the player get up and apologised. Gert Driesen hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. In the 44th match minute, KVSK Wezelhoek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tom Belmans to maneuver through the defense.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guust De Keijsere to strike the kick off in the second half. Dominic Justens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mattijs Laremans having to interfere. Mattijs Laremans was a little too slow when Dominic Justens got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 0-2. A collision led to SC Warisoulx getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Sebbe Schooters hit a great ball. In the 66th minute, Lennart Hellemons sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and SC Warisoulx's Olivier Kints didn't even have to move. Tibo Nilis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Mattijs Laremans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mattijs Laremans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dominic Justens in the 71st minute of play. In the 77th minute Dominic Justens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattijs Laremans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SC Warisoulx's attack was well implemented in the 84th minute, but when Dominic Justens was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. A collision led to KVSK Wezelhoek getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Tom Belmans hit a great ball. After 89 minutes of play KVSK Wezelhoek's Gert Driesen was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Tibo Nilis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Mattijs Laremans made a huge save. Dominic Justens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched SC Warisoulx eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
