After having played for 25 minutes, Jammy Van Acht managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KAA Bailleux's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jammy Van Acht was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sebastian Vanderhaege hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Lars Vrolijcx made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jeremy Van Beringen in the 33rd minute. KAA Bailleux's Lars Vrolijcx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrik Van Caenegem in the 35th minute of play. Jammy Van Acht sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 45th minute Jammy Van Acht shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Stuckens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Club Kermt's Martin De Boel got a free kick in the 46th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jammy Van Acht to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Club Kermt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jurgen Stuyck to maneuver through the defense. Lars Vrolijcx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremy Van Beringen, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Club Kermt's goal looked a bit too open when Jammy Van Acht came free, but Aaron Stuckens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. KAA Bailleux's Lars Vrolijcx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremy Van Beringen in the 61st minute of play. Joonatan Van Hoeijveldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Stuckens having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Club Kermt's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Joonatan Van Hoeijveldt fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Aaron Stuckens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jammy Van Acht, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Joonatan Van Hoeijveldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joonatan Van Hoeijveldt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Aaron Stuckens made a huge save. With a little luck, Club Kermt's Aaron Stuckens got control of the ball when Joonatan Van Hoeijveldt tried to sneak it across the goal line. Joonatan Van Hoeijveldt came free with the goalkeeper in the 80th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Aaron Stuckens could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jammy Van Acht in the 85th minute of play forced Club Kermt's goalkeeper Aaron Stuckens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the game, Isidoor Degens was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KAA Bailleux's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Kermt the free kick. After 92 played minutes KAA Bailleux got a freekick which was hit by Isidoor Degens.
