Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Marco Vereect made the kick off which started today's match. Flavio Corrente kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Royal Sporting Army's zone, Samuel Hosselaer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Klaus Van Achten came out of the goal and Samuel Hosselaer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Royal Sporting Army's Klaus Van Achten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Vereect in the 6th minute of play. When Marco Vereect came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the AFC De Haan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marco Vereect couldn't finish the play. Klaus Van Achten didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marco Vereect went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Pierre-Olivier Kindermans might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jacky Massenhove. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pierre-Olivier Kindermans ran back to his position shaking his head. Klaus Van Achten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Vereect in the 20th minute of play. Bobby Cuveliers's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Klaus Van Achten firmly grabbed it by the left post. A collision led to Royal Sporting Army getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Bert Sybring hit a great ball. Klaus Van Achten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Vereect, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Royal Sporting Army's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Vereect came free, but Klaus Van Achten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pierre-Olivier Kindermans in the 36th minute of play forced AFC De Haan's goalkeeper Jacky Massenhove to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacky Massenhove made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierre-Olivier Kindermans in the 37th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Bobby Cuveliers hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gökçen Songur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacky Massenhove having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pierre-Olivier Kindermans to strike the kick off in the second half. Gökçen Songur hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Klaus Van Achten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bobby Cuveliers in the 55th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Royal Sporting Army's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Vereect came free, but Klaus Van Achten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 67 played minutes AFC De Haan got a freekick which was hit by Denis Van Bombergen. Royal Sporting Army's Gökçen Songur got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 69th minute, Samuel Hosselaer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Klaus Van Achten came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by AFC De Haan's Constant Stessel. But to his dismay, Constant Stessel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The supporters of AFC De Haan booed when Royal Sporting Army was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rein Hacke didn't get a good kick on the ball. Klaus Van Achten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Vereect in the 87th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Royal Sporting Army's Flavio Corrente got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 93rd minute, Samuel Hosselaer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 96 minutes into the game, Bobby Cuveliers cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Klaus Van Achten was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. AFC De Haan fully deserved thier win.
