Izak De Meesemaeckere showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harold Van Houdtvinck, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Harold Van Houdtvinck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Izak De Meesemaeckere tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Frederick Van Elsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Du Molin having to interfere. After 43 played minutes Floreffe got a freekick which was hit by Michael Gielens.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Frederick Van Elsen made a kick off. Izak De Meesemaeckere showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harold Van Houdtvinck in the 54th minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 58th minute of the game. One of Floreffe:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of KSV Snaaskerke:s goal.
