After 5 minutes of play, Kreyel Sport's Bjorn Verstuyft made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Evert-Jan Van Eede was left in no man's land by his defense there! Evert-Jan Van Eede took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregorie Loos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bjorn Verstuyft in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evert-Jan Van Eede saved Nickopolis from getting behind. Evert-Jan Van Eede made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bjorn Verstuyft in the 14th minute of play. The audience held their breath when Johannes De Meulder in the 16th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Ewout Luijten's left hand side. Evert-Jan Van Eede showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregorie Loos, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Nickopolis's Evert-Jan Van Eede played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bjorn Verstuyft in the 29th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, Nickopolis's goal looked a bit too open when Gregorie Loos came free, but Evert-Jan Van Eede reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gregorie Loos took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evert-Jan Van Eede. Evert-Jan Van Eede dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 33rd minute Gregorie Loos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evert-Jan Van Eede saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Bjorn Verstuyft came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Kreyel Sport fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bjorn Verstuyft couldn't finish the play. Evert-Jan Van Eede stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bjorn Verstuyft's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Gregorie Loos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ewout Luijten made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alexander Dirickx in the 45th minute. The supporters of Kreyel Sport booed when Nickopolis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Glenn Van Eyke didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Nickopolis players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Kreyel Sport were winning 0-3.

Gregorie Loos came free with the goalkeeper in the 55th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Evert-Jan Van Eede could save by the left post. 56 minutes into the match, Nickopolis's goal looked a bit too open when Bjorn Verstuyft came free, but Evert-Jan Van Eede reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gregorie Loos took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evert-Jan Van Eede. Evert-Jan Van Eede dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. After 65 minutes, Yanniek Van Deinze mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kreyel Sport and the Nickopolis players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ewout Luijten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johannes De Meulder, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 72nd minute, Adolphe Verhaert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th minute, Bjorn Verstuyft got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Kreyel Sport players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
