Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jeffrey Lenaerts started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, one of Marcinelle:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Marcinelle. Balthazar Depauw shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Senne Vranken stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lander Capellemans's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. With his leg Jan-Willem Roetering managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when Marcinelle's Rudi De Geyter fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Marcinelle getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Philipp Goosens hit a great ball. 14 minutes into the match, Lander Capellemans had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Senne Vranken. Marcinelle's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lander Capellemans was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Lander Capellemans hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After 21 played minutes Marcinelle got a freekick which was hit by Jeffrey Lenaerts. If Lander Capellemans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 25th minute, Mattheo Van Hoeyveld left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The fαитαѕтιcαlѕ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lander Capellemans in the 28th minute of play forced Marcinelle's goalkeeper Senne Vranken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Senne Vranken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lander Capellemans in the 30th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in fαитαѕтιcαlѕ's zone, Rudi De Geyter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jan-Willem Roetering came out of the goal and Rudi De Geyter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mattheo Van Hoeyveld in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Senne Vranken saved Marcinelle from getting behind. Senne Vranken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lander Capellemans, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 44th minute of the match Rudi Van den Maegdenbergh shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Senne Vranken showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Lander Capellemans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Marcinelle players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. fαитαѕтιcαlѕ were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lander Capellemans to strike the kick off in the second half. Jan-Willem Roetering made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rudi De Geyter in the 54th minute of play. After a rather tough play, fαитαѕтιcαlѕ's Nico Meeus got a free kick in the 55th minute. After a rather tough play, fαитαѕтιcαlѕ's Adolphe Vissenaeken got a free kick in the 59th minute. The nice shot from Mattheo Van Hoeyveld in the 63rdth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Senne Vranken had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Mattheo Van Hoeyveld received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Senne Vranken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rudi De Geyter in the 70th minute of play forced fαитαѕтιcαlѕ's goalkeeper Jan-Willem Roetering to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 70 minutes into the game, Adolphe Vissenaeken was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. fαитαѕтιcαlѕ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marcinelle the free kick. After 73 minutes of play, fαитαѕтιcαlѕ's Lander Capellemans made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Senne Vranken was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpected shot in the 76th minute by Mattheo Van Hoeyveld got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Rudi De Geyter managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marcinelle's supporters rose to their feet, but Rudi De Geyter was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan-Willem Roetering breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mathieu-Maxim Teurfs fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Willem Roetering having to interfere. Lander Capellemans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Senne Vranken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mathieu De Roeck struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Jan-Willem Roetering didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marcinelle. After a rather tough play, fαитαѕтιcαlѕ's Nico Meeus got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Rudi De Geyter struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Jan-Willem Roetering didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marcinelle. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. fαитαѕтιcαlѕ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
