Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Nicky Imbrechs made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, Wouteringen's Jesse Bogaerts got a free kick in the 3rd minute. The supporters of Wouteringen booed when Sivry-Rance was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hans Masculier didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Wouteringen's goalkeeper Christopher Elssen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by George De Munck. In the 14th match minute, Wouteringen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesse Bogaerts to maneuver through the defense. Nico Claessens hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 17 minutes into the match, Wouteringen's Alexandre Van Meerbeeck sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vic Weijnandts narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Arne Van den Panhuyzen came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Sivry-Rance fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arne Van den Panhuyzen couldn't finish the play. 28 minutes into the match, Wouteringen's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Streels came free, but Christopher Elssen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vic Weijnandts took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicky Imbrechs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vic Weijnandts came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Wouteringen's Nicky Imbrechs. But to his dismay, Nicky Imbrechs quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Nicky Imbrechs recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vic Weijnandts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeroen De Vadder in the 35th minute of the match. Wouteringen's Christopher Elssen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Wouteringen from getting a goal against them. Christopher Elssen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arne Van den Panhuyzen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sivry-Rance's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Abel De Wilde in the 40th minute. Sivry-Rance's Abel De Wilde was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Christopher Elssen in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arne Van den Panhuyzen in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christopher Elssen saved Wouteringen from getting behind. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The audience was convinced that George De Munck's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christopher Elssen was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Arne Van den Panhuyzen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Christopher Elssen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sivry-Rance's Arne Van den Panhuyzen got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 74 minutes into the match, Wouteringen's goal looked a bit too open when Charly Bruynincx came free, but Christopher Elssen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicky Imbrechs in the 76th minute of play forced Sivry-Rance's goalkeeper Vic Weijnandts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christopher Elssen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George De Munck, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. George De Munck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
