Joerie De Werdt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Achilles Michiels hit a great ball. 27 minutes into the match, SK Achterbroek's goal looked a bit too open when Charlie Godefroid came free, but Kasper Vandekerkhove reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Charlie Godefroid sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Viktor Ingelborchs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joerie De Werdt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viktor Ingelborchs in the 39th minute of the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Charlie Godefroid to make the kick off. Charlie Godefroid received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Kasper Vandekerkhove tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wouter De Maret took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kasper Vandekerkhove. Kasper Vandekerkhove dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The supporters of fc de kampioenen booed when SK Achterbroek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Steffe Horemans didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alfred De Strijckers short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Joerie De Werdt to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 73rd minute, Viktor Ingelborchs got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfred De Strijcker got free with Joerie De Werdt in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Alfred De Strijcker managed to get in a good position for a shot. SK Achterbroek's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfred De Strijcker was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joerie De Werdt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Alfred De Strijcker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Viktor Ingelborchs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfred De Strijcker got free with Joerie De Werdt in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. fc de kampioenen's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
