Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Gilian Sproten kicked off to start the match. Yannik Van hoegaerde tried in the game's 4th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Jorn Vissenaeken. An annoying self made goal, 1-0. Gilian Sproten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florian Van Achteren having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Real Kessel FC's goalkeeper Jorn Vissenaeken had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeoffrey Renotte. 16 minutes into the match, Laurent Spoelberghe dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jorn Vissenaeken, 3-0. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when FC Latem's Laurent Spoelberghe in the 23rd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Jorn Vissenaeken was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Real Kessel FC through an amazing save. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Kessel FC's goalkeeper Jorn Vissenaeken, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 31 minutes into the game, FC Latem's Jeoffrey Renotte nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jorn Vissenaeken made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Real Kessel FC's Jorn Vissenaeken proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Real Kessel FC from getting a goal against them. In the 39th minute Laurent Spoelberghe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorn Vissenaeken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute, FC Latem's Laurent Spoelberghe dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 6-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Laurent Spoelberghe to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Laurent Spoelberghe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorn Vissenaeken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Jeoffrey Renotte managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Latem's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeoffrey Renotte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorn Vissenaeken breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Laurent Spoelberghe might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jorn Vissenaeken. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Laurent Spoelberghe ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Real Kessel FC's zone, Laurent Spoelberghe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorn Vissenaeken came out of the goal and Laurent Spoelberghe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Real Kessel FC's Jorn Vissenaeken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laurent Spoelberghe in the 64th minute of play. Jorn Vissenaeken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeoffrey Renotte in the 68th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gilian Sproten during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 70th minute, Gilian Sproten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Jeoffrey Renotte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Real Kessel FC defense, Matty Wijns kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jorn Vissenaeken. The Real Kessel FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jorn Vissenaeken should have stopped the shot. Jeoffrey Renotte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Jorn Vissenaeken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Real Kessel FC's zone, Laurent Spoelberghe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorn Vissenaeken came out of the goal and Laurent Spoelberghe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Real Kessel FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Gilian Sproten hit a great ball. Laurent Spoelberghe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorn Vissenaeken having to interfere. If Jeoffrey Renotte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Real Kessel FC's zone, Laurent Spoelberghe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorn Vissenaeken came out of the goal and Laurent Spoelberghe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee ended the match the FC Latem players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
