Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Wannes Van Arschot got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd minute, Dany-Adams Van Kamp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wannes Van Arschot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erquennes's Jules Van den Berch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wannes Van Arschot in the 17th minute of play. Jacob Debecker recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jacob Debecker scored 1-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jules Van den Berch, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tibo Anthonis in the 24th minute of play forced KSV Feneur's goalkeeper Oscar Roockeloes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erquennes's Jules Van den Berch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wannes Van Arschot in the 28th minute of play. Jules Van den Berch took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dany-Adams Van Kamp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Erquennes's Walter Matthys got a free kick in the 31st minute. After 33 played minutes KSV Feneur got a freekick which was hit by Jacob Debecker. In the 33rd minute, KSV Feneur's Jacob Debecker fired away a free kick that almost went in the goal. Jules Van den Berch was prepared for the shot, but didn't have to make a play as the shot flew over the goal. After 36 minutes of play, Erquennes's Pierrot Reniers made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Oscar Roockeloes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pierrot Reniers might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Oscar Roockeloes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pierrot Reniers ran back to his position shaking his head. Jules Van den Berch came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by KSV Feneur's Jacob Debecker. But to his dismay, Jacob Debecker quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After having played for 53 minutes, Wannes Van Arschot managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KSV Feneur's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wannes Van Arschot was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Wannes Van Arschot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Erquennes's goalkeeper Jules Van den Berch, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wannes Van Arschot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Jules Van den Berch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. KSV Feneur's Oscar Roockeloes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pierrot Reniers in the 65th minute of play. Erquennes's Jules Van den Berch played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wannes Van Arschot in the 68th minute of play. Jules Van den Berch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wannes Van Arschot, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Tibo Anthonis sped through KSV Feneur's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Oscar Roockeloes. 79 minutes into the match, KSV Feneur's Wannes Van Arschot sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jules Van den Berch narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Walter Matthys charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Walter Matthys the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Erquennes getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Walter Matthys hit a great ball. Jules Van den Berch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacob Debecker in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Tibo Anthonis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Erquennes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Wannes Van Arschot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Jules Van den Berch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Tibo Anthonis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Erquennes supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Erquennes would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
