Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kristiaan Daniels started the match with the kick off. Tony Vuerinckx didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when FC Verbroedering Hofstade's Bertrand Degryse shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Jorne Vranx made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Lander Fouquet sent off a good shot on target. Jorne Vranx made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lander Fouquet in the 11th minute. Bertrand Degryse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 15 minutes, Bertrand Degryse made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Tottenham's Tony Vuerinckx tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 21st minute Kristiaan Daniels shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorne Vranx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Kristiaan Daniels had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Tottenham's zone, Bertrand Degryse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tony Vuerinckx came out of the goal and Bertrand Degryse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Georges Van Riel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tottenham's Tony Vuerinckx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Georges Van Riel in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Lander Fouquet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jorne Vranx was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 33 minutes into the game, FC Verbroedering Hofstade's Bertrand Degryse nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tony Vuerinckx made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. If Bertrand Degryse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bertrand Degryse in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tony Vuerinckx prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Bertrand Degryse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Ron Armentier managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Verbroedering Hofstade's supporters rose to their feet, but Ron Armentier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tony Vuerinckx breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bertrand Degryse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Vuerinckx having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Ron Armentier managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Verbroedering Hofstade's supporters rose to their feet, but Ron Armentier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tony Vuerinckx breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 46thth minute of the game Bertrand Degryse who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tottenham's Tony Vuerinckx was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bertrand Degryse was the one to do the kick off. Alphonse Walters's late challenge caught a Tottenham's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alphonse Walters helped the player get up and apologised. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bertrand Degryse in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tony Vuerinckx prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tony Vuerinckx made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bertrand Degryse in the 65th minute. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Tottenham's goalkeeper Tony Vuerinckx, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 76 minutes, Bertrand Degryse managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Verbroedering Hofstade's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bertrand Degryse was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jorne Vranx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kristiaan Daniels, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Tottenham's zone, Ron Armentier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tony Vuerinckx came out of the goal and Ron Armentier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to FC Verbroedering Hofstade getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Alphonse Walters hit a great ball. The Tottenham fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when Tottenham's Lander Fouquet looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Bertrand Degryse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Verbroedering Hofstade played a much better game than Tottenham and deserved their victory. The Tottenham players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
