One of FCVV Tildonk:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Wambeke:s goal. Evert Van de Putt shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Danny Vischkens to strike the kick off in the second half. Harry Christiaens kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Despite being the better team, Wambeke failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
