Lorenz Vrijdag fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Van Caenegem having to interfere. When Magnetron FC's Steven Reijers in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Maarten Van Boekost kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. When Lorenzo Engels came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the KAA Sneppelaar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lorenzo Engels couldn't finish the play. Alexandre Van Caenegem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lorenzo Engels in the 32nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maarten Van Boekost during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Magnetron FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Maarten Van Boekost hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, KAA Sneppelaar's Alexandre Van Caenegem threw himself towards the right post 36 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lorenzo Engels, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Maarten Van Boekost got his second yellow card in the match during the 37th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 38th match minute, Magnetron FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maarten Van Boekost to maneuver through the defense. Magnetron FC's Alexandre Van Caenegem proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Magnetron FC from getting a goal against them. Sebbe Van Arschot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The supporters of KAA Sneppelaar booed when Magnetron FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giovanny Van den Panhuyzen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lorenz Vrijdag received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute.
