Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Robrecht De Vriendt took the kick off in the first half of the match. Joachim De Malier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacq Frederickx in the 3rd minute of play. Xander Rockloos kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Kermt's Glen Loremans tried to score from far away in the 7th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Marcus Berckmans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kent Goris having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Neerpelt's zone, Marcus Berckmans stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kent Goris came out of the goal and Marcus Berckmans tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Robrecht De Vriendt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kent Goris was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. The supporters of Kermt booed when Neerpelt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Balthazar Van Linthoudt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Robrecht De Vriendt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Marcus Berckmans came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Kermt fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcus Berckmans couldn't finish the play. Robrecht De Vriendt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 32 minutes, Tommi Demarez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kermt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tommi Demarez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Neerpelt getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Jacq Frederickx hit a great ball. Neerpelt's Kent Goris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robrecht De Vriendt in the 38th minute of play. If Will Van Hemel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th match minute, Kermt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stephan Jespers to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacq Frederickx in the 46th minute of play forced Kermt's goalkeeper Joachim De Malier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mathis Verstuyft received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Joachim De Malier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 69th minute Jacq Frederickx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joachim De Malier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Robrecht De Vriendt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 82 minutes into the match, Kermt's goal looked a bit too open when Jacq Frederickx came free, but Joachim De Malier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Klaus De Messemaecker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Neerpelt booed when Kermt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tommi Demarez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacq Frederickx struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Joachim De Malier didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Neerpelt. Kermt's Joachim De Malier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Klaus De Messemaecker in the 92nd minute of play. Xander Rockloos hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
