Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mathieux van Hollebecke kicked off to start the match. Dolf Van Den Driessche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Joop Pardons tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joop Pardons showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucien Van Der Meeren, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 24 minutes into the match, Wilfried Van de Poel dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Stein Van der Voert, 2-0. Ludwig Helssens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joop Pardons having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Wilfried Van de Poel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Archennes's supporters rose to their feet, but Wilfried Van de Poel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stein Van der Voert breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 46th match minute, Archennes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frits Aelgoet to maneuver through the defense.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucien Van Der Meeren made a kick off. After 59 played minutes Cerfontaine got a freekick which was hit by Dolf Van Den Driessche. Wilfried Van de Poel kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Lucien Van Der Meeren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The throw-in from Ryan Van Kestbeek in the 75th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Cerfontaine's Carel Ramps. Mathieux van Hollebecke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Stein Van der Voert came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Archennes's Gustave Van De Wiele. But to his dismay, Gustave Van De Wiele quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The Archennes players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
