Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sylvain Verdeyen started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Arno Van der Vorst hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Wesley Wynaerts came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the FC de PATTATTESHOTTERS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wesley Wynaerts couldn't finish the play. Sylvain Verdeyen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernt Huijghens read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Sylvain Verdeyen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernt Huijghens having to interfere. Sylvain Verdeyen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Bernt Huijghens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacque De Messemaekere charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jacque De Messemaekere the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in FC de PATTATTESHOTTERS fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 12th minute. Penalty! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mickael Claevers during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC de PATTATTESHOTTERS booed when KSV Wandre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mickael Claevers didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th match minute, FC de PATTATTESHOTTERS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hubert Debock to maneuver through the defense. Dirk Limpens took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andrez Wilmots. Andrez Wilmots dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 25th minute Arthur-Maurits Verlinden suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. Emile Weygaers charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emile Weygaers the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 26 played minutes FC de PATTATTESHOTTERS got a freekick which was hit by Emile Weygaers. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dirk Limpens got free with Andrez Wilmots in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. KSV Wandre's Bernt Huijghens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emile Weygaers in the 29th minute of play. Arno Van der Vorst hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. When Sylvain Verdeyen came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the FC de PATTATTESHOTTERS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sylvain Verdeyen couldn't finish the play. Hubert Debock sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andrez Wilmots made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dirk Limpens in the 44th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dirk Limpens got free with Andrez Wilmots in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Emile Weygaers came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the FC de PATTATTESHOTTERS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emile Weygaers couldn't finish the play. KSV Wandre's Bernt Huijghens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sylvain Verdeyen in the 48th minute of play. After 48 minutes of play, FC de PATTATTESHOTTERS's Sylvain Verdeyen made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernt Huijghens was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dirk Limpens to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sylvain Verdeyen in the 56th minute of play forced KSV Wandre's goalkeeper Bernt Huijghens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th match minute, FC de PATTATTESHOTTERS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascal Van Boeckost to maneuver through the defense. Dirk Limpens struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Andrez Wilmots didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KSV Wandre. Artuur De Wit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Andrez Wilmots tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Josef Huyghebaert kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 80th minute Dirk Limpens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrez Wilmots saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute, Emile Weygaers left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC de PATTATTESHOTTERS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Bernt Huijghens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sylvain Verdeyen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernt Huijghens made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emile Weygaers in the 99th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC de PATTATTESHOTTERS had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
