Pino Hensmans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mattijs Swartenbroekx having to interfere. In the 11th minute, Luca Zerafa Boffa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Pino Hensmans sped through F.C.DE kampioenen's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mattijs Swartenbroekx. After a defensive mix-up in F.C.DE kampioenen's zone, Pino Hensmans stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mattijs Swartenbroekx came out of the goal and Pino Hensmans tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 22 minutes into the match, F.C.DE kampioenen's goal looked a bit too open when Pino Hensmans came free, but Mattijs Swartenbroekx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. F.C.DE kampioenen's Mattijs Swartenbroekx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ewan Crespy in the 25th minute of play. When Jasper Robijns fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C.DE kampioenen's protests and gave Jasper Robijns a yellow card for diving instead. After 28 played minutes F.C.DE kampioenen got a freekick which was hit by Jasper Robijns. When Bernt De Vreese came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Politehnica Iasi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernt De Vreese couldn't finish the play. Mattijs Swartenbroekx stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pino Hensmans's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Mattijs Swartenbroekx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ewan Crespy in the 35th minute of the match. Politehnica Iasi's Pino Hensmans got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pino Hensmans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Mattijs Swartenbroekx tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mattijs Swartenbroekx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernt De Vreese in the 41st minute of play. Ewan Crespy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mattijs Swartenbroekx having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Pino Hensmans left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Politehnica Iasi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. F.C.DE kampioenen's Mattijs Swartenbroekx proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save F.C.DE kampioenen from getting a goal against them. Pino Hensmans in the 71stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mattijs Swartenbroekx, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
