Singelberg FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Boomerang the free kick. Stefaan Ceroux hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Jasper Huijsmans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Dean Claes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bastian Sterkx made in the 8th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Henrik van Bedts. Hannes Le Lion kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. The throw-in from Henrik van Bedts in the 18th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Boomerang's Maxim Tuerlinckx. Singelberg FC's Dean Claes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maxim Tuerlinckx in the 19th minute of play. After having played for 21 minutes, Maxim Tuerlinckx managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Boomerang's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maxim Tuerlinckx was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maxim Tuerlinckx recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, FC Boomerang's Dean Claes threw himself towards the right post 37 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jasper Huijsmans, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Jasper Huijsmans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Will Baeyens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Stefaan Ceroux made the kick off in the second half. Dean Claes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jasper Huijsmans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the match, Jasper Huijsmans had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dean Claes. Singelberg FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jasper Huijsmans was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 59 minutes into the match, Will Baeyens had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dean Claes. When Jasper Huijsmans came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the FC Boomerang fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jasper Huijsmans couldn't finish the play. If Jasper Huijsmans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Singelberg FC's goalkeeper Dean Claes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Will Baeyens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute, Jasper Huijsmans left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Boomerang fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Singelberg FC's zone, Maxim Tuerlinckx stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dean Claes came out of the goal and Maxim Tuerlinckx tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hannes Le Lion fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dean Claes having to interfere. Maxim Tuerlinckx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Dean Claes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Will Baeyens came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the FC Boomerang fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Will Baeyens couldn't finish the play. Dean Claes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maxim Tuerlinckx in the 95th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Boomerang fully deserved thier win.
