Gregorie Roukeloes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rajmond Seveneijnts in the 11th minute of the match. Gregorie Roukeloes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giovanny Marchal in the 21st minute of play. Maurus van Hollebecke hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giovanny Marchal in the 25th minute of play forced FC Barcelone's goalkeeper Gregorie Roukeloes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iosif Dugulescu in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gregorie Roukeloes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 31 minutes into the game, Molenstede's Giovanny Marchal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gregorie Roukeloes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Rajmond Seveneijnts received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Gregorie Roukeloes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jef Portmans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Matthew Van Haght was the one to do the kick off. Rajmond Seveneijnts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregorie Roukeloes having to interfere. Tom Wickander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Molenstede booed when FC Barcelone was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jef Portmans didn't get a good kick on the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Molenstede's goal looked a bit too open when Matthew Van Haght came free, but Michael Vlimmens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Rajmond Seveneijnts could shoot a difficult shot in the 69th minute, which Gregorie Roukeloes however easily saved by the left post. 71 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Barcelone's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Adolphe Vissenaeckens was slow to take the kick. During this time Molenstede's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Molenstede's corner Adolphe Vissenaeckens fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gregorie Roukeloes quite easily take care of the ball. Gregorie Roukeloes came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Molenstede's Rajmond Seveneijnts. But to his dismay, Rajmond Seveneijnts quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Gregorie Roukeloes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tom Wickander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Michael Vlimmens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viktor Deman in the 86th minute of play. The Molenstede players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
