An unexpectedly hard shot by Georges De Koning in the 9th minute of play forced fc 111's goalkeeper Anthoon Vanden Bossche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute, Frederik Styles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anthoon Vanden Bossche came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Oosthoven's Frederik Styles. But to his dismay, Frederik Styles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Willy Vereyt's late challenge caught a Oosthoven's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Willy Vereyt helped the player get up and apologised. Willy Vereyt hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Anthoon Vanden Bossche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frederik Styles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Georges De Koning struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Anthoon Vanden Bossche didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oosthoven. Anthoon Vanden Bossche didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Georges De Koning went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Georges De Koning took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anthoon Vanden Bossche. Anthoon Vanden Bossche dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Georges De Koning sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute, Georges De Koning ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anthoon Vanden Bossche was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. If Georges De Koning had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fc 111 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Oosthoven were winning 0-4.

51 minutes into the match, fc 111's goal looked a bit too open when Wim Raymaekers came free, but Anthoon Vanden Bossche reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anthoon Vanden Bossche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Georges De Koning, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. The audience was convinced that Georges De Koning's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anthoon Vanden Bossche was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Georges De Koning might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anthoon Vanden Bossche. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Georges De Koning ran back to his position shaking his head. Anthoon Vanden Bossche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Georges De Koning in the 87th minute of the match. In the 92ndth minute of the game Georges De Koning who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but fc 111's Anthoon Vanden Bossche was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Oosthoven played a much better game than fc 111 and deserved their victory. The fc 111 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
