Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 7 minutes into the match, F.C Barcelona's goal looked a bit too open when Jo Huytterhoeven came free, but Tjorven Van Hespe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 9 minutes into the game, Jabbeke's Dany Matthys nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tjorven Van Hespe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Jacobus de Pelsmakere took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tjorven Van Hespe. F.C Barcelona's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Wesley Lievens struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Mathieu Herinckx didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C Barcelona. After a defensive mix-up in F.C Barcelona's zone, Jo Huytterhoeven stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tjorven Van Hespe came out of the goal and Jo Huytterhoeven tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the F.C Barcelona defense, Dany Matthys kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tjorven Van Hespe. The F.C Barcelona fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tjorven Van Hespe should have stopped the shot.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dany Matthys made a kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Jabbeke's Jo Huytterhoeven nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tjorven Van Hespe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Peter Ceustermans during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Jabbeke booed when F.C Barcelona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Ceustermans didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jo Huytterhoeven recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dany Matthys sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tjorven Van Hespe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dany Matthys in the 68th minute of the match. If Jo Huytterhoeven had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dany Matthys sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to F.C Barcelona getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Steff Impens hit a great ball. Tjorven Van Hespe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jo Huytterhoeven in the 75th minute. F.C Barcelona's Wesley Lievens got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 90th minute, Jo Huytterhoeven hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mathieu Herinckx came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by F.C Barcelona's Roy De Hond. But to his dismay, Roy De Hond quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. When the match was over Jabbeke could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than F.C Barcelona throughout the match.
