Andrez Vischkens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremy Oliviers, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Andrez Vischkens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joos Massenhove in the 8th minute of play. If Garry Van Eeckhout had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andrez Vischkens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeremy Oliviers in the 15th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Dominik de Koninck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jeremy Oliviers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in KVSK Viersel's zone, Joos Massenhove stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andrez Vischkens came out of the goal and Joos Massenhove tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 24 minutes into the match, KVSK Viersel's Yannik Vorster sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Francois Fraes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benoit Vandenberge during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 25th match minute, KFC Rijmenam was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benoit Vandenberge to maneuver through the defense. Andrez Vischkens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeremy Oliviers in the 27th minute of the match. Jeremy Oliviers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrez Vischkens having to interfere. In the 40th minute Joos Massenhove shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrez Vischkens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Garry Van Eeckhout fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francois Fraes having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Garry Van Eeckhout to make the kick off. If Yannik Vorster had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 56 minutes into the match, KVSK Viersel's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremy Oliviers came free, but Andrez Vischkens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 57 minutes into the game, Robben Francken was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KVSK Viersel's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KFC Rijmenam the free kick. When Michel Van der Hoeven came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the KFC Rijmenam fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michel Van der Hoeven couldn't finish the play. Jeremy Oliviers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Joos Massenhove had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andrez Vischkens made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Joos Massenhove sent off a good shot on target. KVSK Viersel's Andrez Vischkens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremy Oliviers in the 82nd minute of play. The supporters of KVSK Viersel booed when KFC Rijmenam was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexandre Koninckx didn't get a good kick on the ball. Renzo De Maesschalck took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 84th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Francois Fraes. KFC Rijmenam's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. KVSK Viersel's Garry Van Eeckhout got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, KVSK Viersel's Andrez Vischkens got control of the ball when Joos Massenhove tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, KVSK Viersel's Billie Renotte got a free kick in the 94th minute. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
