Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Wanze's Bavo Jenken started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7th minute, Arsene Laermans made a precise shot to the right of Jean-Louis Tielemans. Wanze's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 14 minutes into the match, Binche's Arsene Laermans sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jean-Louis Tielemans narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jean-Louis Tielemans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bas Spailer in the 17th minute of play. A collision led to Wanze getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Dominik Laurent hit a great ball. Dominik Laurent's late challenge caught a Binche's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dominik Laurent helped the player get up and apologised. Binche's Xavier Reijckmans couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 20th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Wanze. In the 22nd minute Bas Spailer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean-Louis Tielemans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bas Spailer's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jean-Louis Tielemans read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Binche's Claude De Wulf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sam Overloop in the 30th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Sam Overloop ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claude De Wulf was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. A collision led to Binche getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Lorenz Nelis hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bavo Jenken in the 43rd minute of play forced Binche's goalkeeper Claude De Wulf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Arsene Laermans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bas Spailer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jean-Louis Tielemans having to interfere. A collision led to Binche getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Xavier Reijckmans hit a great ball. If Bavo Jenken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bavo Jenken recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sam Overloop fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claude De Wulf having to interfere. Bavo Jenken sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Theo Van de Put charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Theo Van de Put the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 79th minute, one of Binche:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Binche. Cedric Lefevre walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Jean-Louis Tielemans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bas Spailer in the 84th minute of play. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 92 minutes, Sam Overloop mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wanze and the Binche players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 92nd minute, Sam Overloop hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arsene Laermans scored 2-1 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jean-Louis Tielemans, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sam Overloop fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 100th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claude De Wulf having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Binche had won after a very even match.
