After recieving a nice pass, KSV Haillot's Pieter-Maarten Berchmans tried to score from far away in the 20th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wilfried Van Daelen in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nickolas De Vlaeminck saved KSV Stabroek from getting behind. 25 minutes into the match, KSV Stabroek's Gertjan Segers sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Serge Pineurs narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Julien Vuerinx kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, KSV Haillot's goal looked a bit too open when Gustav Vermeiren came free, but Serge Pineurs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustav Vermeiren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Serge Pineurs tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 47 minutes into the match, KSV Haillot's goal looked a bit too open when Julien Vuerinx came free, but Serge Pineurs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wilfried Van Daelen to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustav Vermeiren in the 51st minute of play forced KSV Haillot's goalkeeper Serge Pineurs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KSV Haillot's Wilfried Van Daelen got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nickolas De Vlaeminck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilfried Van Daelen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 56 minutes into the game, Joonatan Van Calster was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KSV Haillot's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KSV Stabroek the free kick. Gertjan Segers could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Serge Pineurs made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Jens Demeester managed to get in a good position for a shot. KSV Haillot's supporters rose to their feet, but Jens Demeester was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nickolas De Vlaeminck breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wilfried Van Daelen might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nickolas De Vlaeminck. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wilfried Van Daelen ran back to his position shaking his head. 71 minutes into the match, KSV Stabroek's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfried Van Daelen came free, but Nickolas De Vlaeminck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 88 minutes into the game, Michael Heijligem was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KSV Stabroek's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KSV Haillot the free kick. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
