Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Wilfried Van Daelen got the match started through his kick off. In the 9th minute, Maurus Neesens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. KSV Haillot's Pieter-Maarten Berchmans couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 10th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for KV Kemzeke. 12 minutes into the match, Jens Demeester had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Matthieu Tielemans. KV Kemzeke's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jens Demeester was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 15 played minutes KV Kemzeke got a freekick which was hit by Jochen Standaerts. Maurus Neesens hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Matthieu Tielemans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfried Van Daelen in the 25th minute of play. With his leg Serge Pineurs managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when KV Kemzeke's Charlie Robijns fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Jesse Van Hermenghem had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the KV Kemzeke defense, Wilfried Van Daelen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matthieu Tielemans. The KV Kemzeke fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matthieu Tielemans should have stopped the shot. Wilfried Van Daelen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 46 played minutes, KSV Haillot's Pieter-Maarten Berchmans shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Matthieu Tielemans came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in KSV Haillot reached it. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Serge Pineurs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charlie Robijns in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind KV Kemzeke's goalkeeper Matthieu Tielemans, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jens Demeester recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Charlie Robijns sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jesse Van Hermenghem took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Serge Pineurs. Serge Pineurs dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The supporters of KSV Haillot booed when KV Kemzeke was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giovanny Van Beneden didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maurus Neesens hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind KV Kemzeke's goalkeeper Matthieu Tielemans, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, KV Kemzeke's Matthieu Tielemans got control of the ball when Jens Demeester tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fabien Huijghens charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabien Huijghens the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of KSV Haillot booed when KV Kemzeke was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabien Huijghens didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pieter-Maarten Berchmans, 75 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 81st minute, Wilfried Van Daelen fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Matthieu Tielemans, passed just outside the right post. Maurus Neesens's late challenge caught a KSV Haillot's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maurus Neesens helped the player get up and apologised. Maurus Neesens hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Joonatan Van Calster sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 86 played minutes KV Kemzeke got a freekick which was hit by Giovanny Van Beneden. In the 87th minute, Jens Demeester left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KSV Haillot fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Matthieu Tielemans stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilfried Van Daelen's shot from short distance in the 98th minute. KSV Haillot's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
