Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Laroche's Dany de la Croix started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Wiekevorst's Laurence Izemborgh got a good chance for a goal in the 2nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tuur Van Den Bosche in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tibau Roose saved Wiekevorst from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Jason Tubbackx's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nils Netels was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Laurence Izemborgh took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nils Netels. Nils Netels dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 12th minute, Willem De Tapp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 12 played minutes, Wiekevorst's Casper Jannis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nils Netels came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Wiekevorst reached it. In the 16th minute, Ruud Dobbeleir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dany de la Croix in the 18th minute of play forced Wiekevorst's goalkeeper Tibau Roose to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jason Tubbackx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jason Tubbackx in the 29th minute of play forced Laroche's goalkeeper Nils Netels to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Laurence Izemborgh struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Nils Netels didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wiekevorst. Nils Netels showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jason Tubbackx in the 35th minute of the match. Dany de la Croix's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tibau Roose read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Tuur Van Den Bosche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tibau Roose having to interfere. When Laurence Izemborgh came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Wiekevorst fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Laurence Izemborgh couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jason Tubbackx to strike the kick off in the second half. Dany de la Croix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 59 played minutes Laroche got a freekick which was hit by Quentin Pauwels. Jason Tubbackx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Nils Netels tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Jason Tubbackx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Laroche getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Antonio Blocks hit a great ball. Laurence Izemborgh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils Netels having to interfere. Dany de la Croix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Laroche's Tuur Van Den Bosche got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tibau Roose took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dany de la Croix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A long shot from Daniel Wouters in the 79th minute of play was well struck, but Tibau Roose made a really good save at the right post. Wiekevorst's Tibau Roose proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Wiekevorst from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Laurence Izemborgh managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wiekevorst's supporters rose to their feet, but Laurence Izemborgh was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nils Netels breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Wiekevorst fans cheered their team off the field, for while Laroche had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
