Xander-Paul De Middeleer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Senne Kempenaers in the 5th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, KSV Amay's goal looked a bit too open when Senne Kempenaers came free, but Xander-Paul De Middeleer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Marnix Breugelmans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Senne Kempenaers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xander-Paul De Middeleer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marnix Breugelmans in the 24th minute of the match. Yvan Huysmans made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teun Dauwen in the 28th minute. Fred De Keuster received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Yvan Huysmans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Fred De Keuster had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teun Dauwen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. After a rather tough play, RSC Sint-Amands's Teo Vrolijcx got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Yvan Huysmans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teun Dauwen, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 78th minute, Reinard Van Herck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 78 played minutes RSC Sint-Amands got a freekick which was hit by Renaut Van Leemputt. In the 88th minute Fred De Keuster shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yvan Huysmans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KSV Amay's Teun Dauwen got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fred De Keuster recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of KSV Amay booed when RSC Sint-Amands was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Vrolijcx didn't get a good kick on the ball. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
