When Ief Keuppens came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the FC Pry fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ief Keuppens couldn't finish the play. Jelle Oelemans charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jelle Oelemans the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to KVSK Beer getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Jelle Oelemans hit a great ball. Alan La Rose made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maxim-Alexander Van Den Haecke in the 16th minute of play. Ief Keuppens hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. When Ief Keuppens got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for FC Pry. In the 22nd minute Maxim-Alexander Van Den Haecke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alan La Rose saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ief Keuppens struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Alan La Rose didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Pry. A collision led to FC Pry getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Constant Herpoel hit a great ball. After 32 played minutes FC Pry got a freekick which was hit by Constant Herpoel. 38 minutes into the match, FC Pry's goal looked a bit too open when Kristof De Mesemacre came free, but Tommy Schockaert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, Kristof De Mesemacre recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tommy Schockaert. Kristof De Mesemacre showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgard Claes got free with Tommy Schockaert in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edgard Claes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Tommy Schockaert tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgard Claes struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Tommy Schockaert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KVSK Beer. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kristof De Mesemacre to make the kick off. In the 54th minute KVSK Beer were awarded a corner. Bruno Godts went to the cornerflag to take it. Alan La Rose showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maxim-Alexander Van Den Haecke in the 60th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bruno Godts during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Diedrik Gebuers managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Pry's supporters rose to their feet, but Diedrik Gebuers was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alan La Rose breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 65th minute, Tijs Deman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tommy Schockaert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Claes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ief Keuppens fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alan La Rose having to interfere. Tommy Schockaert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Claes in the 83rd minute of the match. 85 minutes into the game, Edgard Claes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Tommy Schockaert was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
