Dylan Colebinders made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herbert Rijmenams in the 57th minute of play. Boris De Backer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dylan Colebinders having to interfere. After recieving a nice pass, Quartes's Jan De Graef tried to score from far away in the 64th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Dylan Colebinders made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boris De Backer in the 66th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Herbert Rijmenams managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quartes's supporters rose to their feet, but Herbert Rijmenams was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dylan Colebinders breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpected shot in the 72nd minute by Freek Smolders got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Thobias Huygens made an important save on a dangerous shot by Freek Smolders in the 76th minute. If Freek Smolders had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
