Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Bass Matthieu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Binnenheide's goalkeeper Raymond Lejeune, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Isaac Lambrechts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Club Wadelincourt's Isaac Lambrechts got a free kick in the 20th minute. Bass Matthieu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Binnenheide's Raymond Lejeune played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lionel Thys in the 27th minute of play. Roben Algoedt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Basiel Vrankx made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaac Lambrechts in the 38th minute of play forced Binnenheide's goalkeeper Raymond Lejeune to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bass Matthieu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basiel Vrankx having to interfere. The supporters of Binnenheide booed when Club Wadelincourt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Freek Meersmans didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Binnenheide defense, Isaac Lambrechts kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Raymond Lejeune. The Binnenheide fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Raymond Lejeune should have stopped the shot. After the first half Club Wadelincourt were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Isaac Lambrechts to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Roben Algoedt made a precise shot to the right of Basiel Vrankx. Club Wadelincourt's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 62nd minute, Roben Algoedt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaetan Ruelens during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 68th minute of the game. One of Binnenheide:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Club Wadelincourt:s goal. When the match had been going on for 70 minutes, Club Wadelincourt's Gert Caspers got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Raymond Lejeune. Binnenheide's Raymond Lejeune played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Lambrechts in the 78th minute of play. Lionel Thys fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raymond Lejeune having to interfere. Freek Wiechgers hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Binnenheide's zone, Isaac Lambrechts stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raymond Lejeune came out of the goal and Isaac Lambrechts tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Basiel Vrankx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roben Algoedt in the 84th minute of play. Roben Algoedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Basiel Vrankx tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90thth minute of the game Bass Matthieu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Wadelincourt's Basiel Vrankx was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
