Reuland's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ray Panhuijsen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Koen Acke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustav Van Bouschot having to interfere. In the 27thth minute of the game Ray Panhuijsen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Brigata Nera's Gustav Van Bouschot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Koen Acke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Frederick Heirpoel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frederick Heirpoel's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Pieter-Maarten Demeulemeester came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Brigata Nera's Frederick Heirpoel. But to his dismay, Frederick Heirpoel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Koen Acke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Frederick Heirpoel was the one to do the kick off. Gustav Van Bouschot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koen Acke in the 57th minute of the match. Koen Acke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Gustav Van Bouschot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ray Panhuijsen in the 69th minute of play forced Brigata Nera's goalkeeper Gustav Van Bouschot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 70 minutes into the game, Reuland's Ray Panhuijsen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gustav Van Bouschot made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 74th minute, Ray Panhuijsen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Reuland fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ray Panhuijsen in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gustav Van Bouschot saved Brigata Nera from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tim-Jan De Brouwer during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 78 played minutes Brigata Nera got a freekick which was hit by Tim-Jan De Brouwer. Koen Acke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustav Van Bouschot having to interfere. If Koen Acke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Brigata Nera's Gustav Van Bouschot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ray Panhuijsen in the 84th minute of play. Gustav Van Bouschot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koen Acke in the 86th minute of play. Koen Acke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustav Van Bouschot having to interfere. Koen Acke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Gustav Van Bouschot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 94 minutes, Andreas Robin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brigata Nera and the Reuland players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 94 played minutes Brigata Nera got a freekick which was hit by Andreas Robin. Koen Acke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustav Van Bouschot having to interfere.
