Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tommas Helsen got the match started through his kick off. Tuur Goris's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 4thth minute, Jannic Tombeur skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 6th minute, Robert Inglebert got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. SC Venthoek's Wim Delen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jammy Dekker in the 7th minute of play. Jacobus Struelens charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jacobus Struelens the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to SC Venthoek getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Jacobus Struelens hit a great ball. When Rens Fraes fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SC Venthoek's protests and gave Rens Fraes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 12th minute, Rens Fraes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tuur Goris recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jannic Tombeur stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tommas Helsen's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Tommas Helsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jammy Dekker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wim Delen having to interfere. After 30 played minutes FC Koksijde got a freekick which was hit by Michael Lombaert. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tuur Goris got free with Jannic Tombeur in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 34 minutes into the match, FC Koksijde's goal looked a bit too open when Tommas Helsen came free, but Jannic Tombeur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tommas Helsen in the 40th minute of play forced FC Koksijde's goalkeeper Jannic Tombeur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tuur Goris recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Robert Inglebert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Wim Delen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Robert Inglebert's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wim Delen was relentless in the 46th minute of the game. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Jammy Dekker made the kick off in the second half. Tommas Helsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Jannic Tombeur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 61 minutes into the game, Richy Seveneijns cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Jannic Tombeur was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jannic Tombeur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tommas Helsen in the 65th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, FC Koksijde's goal looked a bit too open when Tuur Goris came free, but Jannic Tombeur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 69 minutes, Tuur Goris made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC Koksijde's Jannic Tombeur tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to SC Venthoek getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Jacobus Struelens hit a great ball. After 79 played minutes SC Venthoek got a freekick which was hit by Tommas Helsen. After 80 minutes of play, FC Koksijde's Robert Inglebert made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wim Delen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Richy Seveneijns fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jannic Tombeur having to interfere. Jannic Tombeur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tommas Helsen in the 85th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tuur Goris in the 87th minute of play forced FC Koksijde's goalkeeper Jannic Tombeur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tommas Helsen in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jannic Tombeur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jannic Tombeur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tommas Helsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tommas Helsen in the 92nd minute of play forced FC Koksijde's goalkeeper Jannic Tombeur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tuur Goris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jannic Tombeur having to interfere. Rajmond Seveneijnts hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute, Tuur Goris got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. SC Venthoek's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
