In the 12th minute, FC Mohamed's Paul-Louis Van Riel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. 16 minutes into the game, Roni Breugelmans cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Roni Heijligem was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Edgard Lanckneus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lars Limpens was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Paul-Louis Van Riel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Lars Limpens was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edgard Lanckneus was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boris Leemans in the 54th minute of play forced FC Mohamed's goalkeeper Lars Limpens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute, Fred Tilens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lars Limpens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgard Lanckneus in the 61st minute of play. Roni Heijligem didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when FC Mohamed's Steffe Van Dessen shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-2 in the ordered_time% minute. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 69 minutes into the game, one of FC Mohamed:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Pierre-Paul Van Hautvinck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paul-Louis Van Riel might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roni Heijligem. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Roni Heijligem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pierre-Paul Van Hautvinck in the 81st minute of the match. Paul-Louis Van Riel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roni Heijligem having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Pierre-Paul Van Hautvinck left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Mohamed fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-3. If Thibaud Scheerens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 88 minutes, Paul-Louis Van Riel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Mohamed's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paul-Louis Van Riel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Paul-Louis Van Riel came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the FC Mohamed fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paul-Louis Van Riel couldn't finish the play. Paul-Louis Van Riel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd minute Fred Tilens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roni Heijligem saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 96th minute of the game. One of FC Mohamed:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Royal Entente Durbuy:s goal. 98 minutes into the match, FC Mohamed's goal looked a bit too open when Xavier Van Huyck came free, but Lars Limpens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 100 minutes of play, Royal Entente Durbuy's Lucas Ilegems made it 5-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lars Limpens was left in no man's land by his defense there! There was no doubt that FC Mohamed were the better team. FC Mohamed's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
