Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The audience was convinced that Xander-Paul De Ceijser's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dave Van Den Eynde was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Johan Van der Poorten took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Max Borginions to make any attempt to save it. Xavier Eijkens could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Max Borginions made a huge save. With his leg Max Borginions managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when Pijnegem's Xavier Eijkens fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Gert-Jan Figaro kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Johan Van der Poorten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Max Borginions having to interfere. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Spomob's goalkeeper Max Borginions, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Max Borginions made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Xavier Eijkens sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Real Spomob getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Gert-Jan Figaro hit a great ball. Max Borginions acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 35th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Qwinten Van den Dries. When Jakob Henderickx fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Spomob's protests and gave Jakob Henderickx a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Pijnegem booed when Real Spomob was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jakob Henderickx didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th minute, Xander-Paul De Ceijser hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Johan Van der Poorten came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Pijnegem fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johan Van der Poorten couldn't finish the play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luk Van Aertvin made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xavier Eijkens in the 53rd minute of play forced Real Spomob's goalkeeper Max Borginions to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 60 played minutes Real Spomob got a freekick which was hit by Benedict de la Croix. In the 61st minute, Qwinten Van den Dries sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Real Spomob's Max Borginions didn't even have to move. If Johan Van der Poorten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Max Borginions made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. A collision led to Pijnegem getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Johan Van der Poorten hit a great ball. After 86 minutes, Joost Koninkx mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pijnegem and the Real Spomob players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 86th match minute, Pijnegem was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joost Koninkx to maneuver through the defense. Luk Van Aertvin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dave Van Den Eynde having to interfere. After 90 minutes of play, Pijnegem's Xavier Eijkens made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Max Borginions was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Pijnegem's zone, Luk Van Aertvin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dave Van Den Eynde came out of the goal and Luk Van Aertvin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Pijnegem had won after a very even match.
