The supporters of H booed when Senior Citizens RC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maurice Van Damme didn't get a good kick on the ball. Didier De Ceijser struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Camiel Callaerts didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for H. Ernest Stercks made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Maurice Van Damme sent off a good shot on target. Camiel Callaerts made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basiel Rouvroys in the 21st minute of play. Basiel Rouvroys sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 25 played minutes Senior Citizens RC got a freekick which was hit by Sven Teunis. Camiel Callaerts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Didier De Ceijser in the 27th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the game, Didier De Ceijser cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Camiel Callaerts was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, H's Ernest Stercks got control of the ball when Maurice Van Damme tried to sneak it across the goal line. Senior Citizens RC's Maurice Van Damme got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Basiel Rouvroys's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Camiel Callaerts read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Ernest Stercks made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Maurice Van Damme sent off a good shot on target. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Didier De Ceijser made a kick off. Camiel Callaerts made an important save on a dangerous shot by Basiel Rouvroys in the 54th minute. 58 minutes into the match, H's goal looked a bit too open when Maurice Van Damme came free, but Ernest Stercks reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Camiel Callaerts took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Didier De Ceijser, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute of the match Harry De Coster sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Camiel Callaerts skillfully saved the ball. When Viktor Van Herendael fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Senior Citizens RC's protests and gave Viktor Van Herendael a yellow card for diving instead. Viktor Van Herendael hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Camiel Callaerts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Didier De Ceijser in the 86th minute of the match. The supporters of H booed when Senior Citizens RC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reinaert Van Langendonckx didn't get a good kick on the ball. 90 minutes into the game, one of Senior Citizens RC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The Senior Citizens RC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching H's performance. The match ended with a win for H.
