Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gwenn Van den Berghe took the kick off in the first half of the match. Brent Vrins sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Glenn Van Caubergen in the 6th minute of play forced KV Teralfene's goalkeeper Kent Rogiers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9thth minute of the game Brent Vrins who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KV Teralfene's Kent Rogiers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 12th minute Brent Vrins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kent Rogiers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ramon Goddez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Kent Rogiers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Laurend Valckx during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in KV Teralfene fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 15th minute. Penalty! In the 17th minute there was a penalty for AFC Nivelles. Josef Rummens stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Kent Rogiers. 0-1. Brent Vrins fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kent Rogiers having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, KV Teralfene's Laurend Valckx broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. A collision led to KV Teralfene getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Marco Wijnants hit a great ball. Ramon Goddez might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kent Rogiers. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ramon Goddez ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 39th minute there was a penalty for AFC Nivelles. Josef Rummens stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Kent Rogiers. 0-2. Kent Rogiers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brent Vrins, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Mathis Pineurs's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Norbert Blanchaert firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 50 minutes AFC Nivelles's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bert Olemans who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Samuel Belmans managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ramon Goddez to strike the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, KV Teralfene's goal looked a bit too open when Brent Vrins came free, but Kent Rogiers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Glenn Van Caubergen during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Glenn Van Caubergen hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Matt Waeberghe hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 67thth minute of the game Ramon Goddez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KV Teralfene's Kent Rogiers was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 69th minute, Samuel Belmans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 77 minutes into the match, KV Teralfene's goalkeeper Kent Rogiers had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brent Vrins. Jaques Caes hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. When Mathis Pineurs came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the KV Teralfene fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mathis Pineurs couldn't finish the play. The supporters of KV Teralfene booed when AFC Nivelles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Glenn Van Caubergen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matt Waeberghe's late challenge caught a AFC Nivelles's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Matt Waeberghe helped the player get up and apologised. Matt Waeberghe kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Ramon Goddez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kent Rogiers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramon Goddez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The KV Teralfene fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. AFC Nivelles were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
