Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rene Winnepennincx took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4thth minute of the game Ray Van Hove who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but New Gen FC's William Verbeeck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to KFC Lombardsijde getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Arnold Correyns hit a great ball. Kenney Hennes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Carl Van Kamp made a huge save. An unexpected shot in the 9th minute by Rene Winnepennincx got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Kenney Hennes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Carl Van Kamp. That made the score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. When Kenney Hennes fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored New Gen FC's protests and gave Kenney Hennes a yellow card for diving instead. Kenney Hennes kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Kenney Hennes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Carl Van Kamp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kenney Hennes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Van Kamp having to interfere. Kenney Hennes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Carl Van Kamp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 29 minutes, Arnold Correyns mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KFC Lombardsijde and the New Gen FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arnold Correyns hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. New Gen FC's Kenney Hennes got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With an all-out effort, New Gen FC's Carl Van Kamp threw himself towards the right post 36 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joseph De Werdt, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The New Gen FC fans' excitement grew in the 38th match minute when New Gen FC's Kenney Hennes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Rene Winnepennincx could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Carl Van Kamp made a huge save. In the 45th minute Brent-Jan Stuijckens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl Van Kamp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KFC Lombardsijde's Carl Van Kamp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kenney Hennes in the 46th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ray Van Hove stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. New Gen FC's William Verbeeck proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save New Gen FC from getting a goal against them. If Yvan Van Menen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute Rene Winnepennincx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl Van Kamp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carl Van Kamp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kenney Hennes, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After 60 minutes of play, New Gen FC's Kenney Hennes made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carl Van Kamp was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Rene Winnepennincx put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Carl Van Kamp. William Verbeeck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ray Van Hove in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74thth minute of the game Rene Winnepennincx who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KFC Lombardsijde's Carl Van Kamp was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rene Winnepennincx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th match minute, KFC Lombardsijde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aime Van Engelen to maneuver through the defense. In the 82ndth minute of the game Rene Winnepennincx who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KFC Lombardsijde's Carl Van Kamp was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carl Van Kamp prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
