Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Vicente Suetens made the kick off which started today's match. If Mattias Verbruggen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th minute, Mattias Verbruggen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KSV Grandmenil fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After 16 played minutes KSV Grandmenil got a freekick which was hit by Jilian Rouckeloos. In the 20th minute, Constant Rogiers ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Christoff Van Meerbeec was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Abeele's goalkeeper Christoff Van Meerbeec, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Joerie Huyterhoeven hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Vicente Suetens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vicente Suetens's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christoff Van Meerbeec read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Christoff Van Meerbeec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mattias Verbruggen, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute, Vicente Suetens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Christoff Van Meerbeec stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vicente Suetens's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Christoff Van Meerbeec came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by KSV Grandmenil's Mattias Verbruggen. But to his dismay, Mattias Verbruggen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Mattias Verbruggen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Christoff Van Meerbeec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christoff Van Meerbeec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Suetens, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The Abeele players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. KSV Grandmenil were winning 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daevy Pineurs was the one to do the kick off. Daevy Pineurs scored 1-3 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nickolas Demeyer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daevy Pineurs in the 55th minute of play forced KSV Grandmenil's goalkeeper Nickolas Demeyer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to KSV Grandmenil getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Jilian Rouckeloos hit a great ball. Christoff Van Meerbeec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente Suetens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mattias Verbruggen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 74 minutes, Vicente Suetens made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. Abeele's Christoff Van Meerbeec tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Mattias Verbruggen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Christoff Van Meerbeec made a huge save. Christoff Van Meerbeec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Suetens, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 95 minutes into the match, KSV Grandmenil's goal looked a bit too open when Daevy Pineurs came free, but Nickolas Demeyer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christoff Van Meerbeec made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mattias Verbruggen in the 97th minute. KSV Grandmenil's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
