The referee showed Dyllan Van Castel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 75 played minutes Overhespen got a freekick which was hit by Dyllan Van Castel. In the 83rd minute, Acosse's Wes De Rudder ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Fernand Langendonckx. Fernand Langendonckx yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. In the 87th minute, Gregory Wortelaert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 94 minutes into the match, Bastian Gilis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tommy Van De Wiele. Acosse's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bastian Gilis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Overhespen succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Acosse had controlled the match.
