Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Rens Van Der Weghen made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Fre Reynders sent off a good shot on target. Gaetan Creemers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Stephan Lannoye tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 16th minute by Fre Reynders got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Fre Reynders had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaetan Creemers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 22nd minute of the match Olliver De Ketelaere sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Stephan Lannoye skillfully saved the ball. Gaetan Creemers's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stephan Lannoye read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. After 28 minutes of play, AFC Bucquoi's Stef Van Eyck made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stephan Lannoye was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, AFC Bucquoi's Niel Van Beneden got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Emanuel Laporte's late challenge caught a AFC Bucquoi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emanuel Laporte helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th minute, Emanuel Laporte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Max Geeraerts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Max Geeraerts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rens Van Der Weghen having to interfere. KAA Jumet's Fre Reynders got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nick Langhmans hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Fre Reynders sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stef Van Eyck to make the kick off. After 56 minutes of play, KAA Jumet's Max Geeraerts made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rens Van Der Weghen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fre Reynders fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rens Van Der Weghen having to interfere. Max Geeraerts received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Rens Van Der Weghen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lieven Aerts hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute Max Geeraerts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rens Van Der Weghen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fre Reynders in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rens Van Der Weghen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rens Van Der Weghen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Max Geeraerts, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. If Fre Reynders had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 94th minute, Fre Reynders ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rens Van Der Weghen was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. KAA Jumet's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
